Paris Day 5: 28th May 2018 Mon
We went out at 9 am and came back by 10.30 am before checking out.
Wall of Love - Mur des Je t’aime |
Can you find the Chinese word of "I Love You"? |
Push pass the gates to enter to this park at Square Jean Rictus. Early in the morning, there wasn't any people.
Street Art - Face out of the wall |
Interesting "Art" - A view from the staircase |
Place du Calvaire - staircase |
Happy and unhappy guards |
The trip up was a bit steep and tiring. May not be suitable for elderly or young kids.
After much climbing, we reached the Sacré-Cœur!
The view from the entrance of Sacré-Cœur |
We didn't bother walking down the stairs to take photos. You should though, cause from just the entrance of Sacré-Cœur, you wouldn't be able to take in the full view of the architecture.
Sacré-Cœur |
There were quite a few numbers of tourists already though. So you wouldn't be able to take photos without people in the background.
The back of the Sacré-Cœur don't have crowd |
‘The Man Who Walked Through Walls” |
To take the photo with "The Man Who Walked Through Walls" at Place Marcel Aymé, you will need to walk down the ramp and walk back.
Moulin de la Galette |
street of Montmartre |
Moulin Rouge |
The Moulin Rouge exterior was under renovation.
We didn't see any peddlers that was so well known around this area. So perhaps you can consider the route we took.
We went back to airbnb and checked out. We took the Tram 7 to Orly Airport.
We took the plane to Rome. Actually they didn't really check the bag size, don't have those scenario whereby the airline was super strict about it. So don't worry!
